 If you decide to cancel your membership, your membership will remain active for 30 days following the submission of the cancellation form.

 Any scheduled renewal payments within the 30-day period after cancellation will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

 If you choose to reactivate your membership in the future, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will apply, as rates are subject to change.

 Instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request for a period of 30 days.

 Agreements are auto-renewed unless the MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION FORM is submitted to us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled auto renewal.

To cancel your membership, complete and submit the form below 30 days prior to your next scheduled payment. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice, as required by your membership agreement.
