LEGENDS is a 45-minute class that is designed for clients, aged 60 years or older, and who have minimal workout experience, but want to get in shape and have fun!!!

You may not realize it, but many of the movements you do in your everyday life are versions of exercises we do. When you pick something up off the ground, for example, you deadlift… When you go from sitting to standing and back again, that’s a squat… And when you put something away thats above your head, you are pressing!!!

No experience is required for LEGENDS class.
