FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- We HIGHLY recommend having CrossFit experience to drop-in to one of our CrossFit classes. If you are a visiting athlete from out of town and new to training, we welcome you to attend any of our SWEAT classes listed on the schedule!
- Initial Drop-In = $25 (for up to 5 days)
- Drop-in w/ shirt = $40
- Subsequent Drop-Ins within 1 week = $15
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class to get familiar with the gym and meet the coach.
- You are free to do your own programming during scheduled Open Gym hours.
- If you are in town for more than a week, shoot us an e-mail or talk with us in the gym to work something out. We handle this on a case-by-case basis.

One of the things that make CrossFit so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, CEOs, members of the armed services, firefighters, you name it. CrossFit bodies – our bodies – come in every imaginable size, shape, and age; and yet, our workouts every day are designed for anyone to do them.
Daily workouts could include things such as core conditioning, rowing, sprinting, gymnastics, lifting, etc. And all our workouts are designed to improve overall flexibility, strength, speed, endurance, and agility.
