This 60-minute class is designed for universal scalability. This is not your “same ol’, same ol’” workout here. Making it the perfect class for any committed individual, regardless of experience. Movements and weights can be scaled down accordingly based on any mobility issue one may have. Every day will be much different than the day before and comes with a new, fun, yet challenging WOD (Workout of the Day) that combines barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, Gymnastics and cardio movements that is guaranteed to push your fitness to the next level and is guaranteed to make you faster, stronger and leaner.
SWEAT is a 60-minute core AND cardio intensive class that doesn’t require any experience, but it does require the willingness to work hard!! This SWEAT class is a great way to mix it up, as we focus on each workout and incorporate the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio and bodyweight movements, with an emphasis on getting lean, toned and FIT!!!
Call it accessory work, supplement lifting, or functional bodybuilding, this 60-minute POWER class supports a high-intensity regimen with focus on functional symmetry and basic movement patterns.

This 40-minute class, focused and geared around our YOUNG CHILDREN demographics (6-11), utilizes basic fundamentals of fitness while making it fun and exciting at the same time.
This 60-minute class has the same feel as our traditional CrossFit class, but it is focused and geared around our TEEN demographics (12-17).
