CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Functional movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. We offer CrossFit classes every day of the week.
The daily WOD (Workout of the Day) is listed in the WOD section of our website. Members can see the daily programming in advance by logging into their Wodify account.
SWEAT is 60-minute core and cardio intensive class that is a fitness methodology based on the core principles of CrossFit, HIIT, and traditional Strength and Conditioning programs (while we focus on each workout and incorporate the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio and bodyweight movements). SWEAT is designed for anyone seeking self-improvement, whatever that means to YOU, because the single most important thing a human can do for their health is exercise regularly. Classes are group-oriented to develop social connections, build a passionate fitness community and encourage participants to push harder than they would on their own. You only have one body and each day is an opportunity to improve.
NOTE: No prior experience is required for SWEAT classes.
BUILD is a 60-minute, high-intensity, functional bodybuilding class that focuses and combines strength and hypertrophy (size) training through daily programming that is constantly varied. This class has no prerequisite and is perfect for individuals who want to build or tone their body

Cardio-X is a 60-minute low impact, cardio intensive class that focuses on your cardiovascular system while utilizing stationary equipment (Concept2 Rower, Concept2 SkiErg, Concept2 BikeErg and the Assault Air Bike).
Cardio-X will be capped at, and limited to, 21 spots. Members can reserve their spot in advance by logging into their Wodify account every Thursday at NOON!!
QuickFit is a 30-minute, fact paced, high-intensity class that is geared around the daily WOD (Workout of the Day), but with a twist.
Note: This class is a perfect fit for anyone who loves our SWEAT, BUILD or CrossFit classes.
Weightlifting is a 60-minute class that is designed for those who already have a basic familiarity with the barbell movements that CrossFit exposes them to. Classes consist of variable programming using the full versions of all lifts as well as numerous accessory, supplemental lifts to improve technique and efficiency, followed by a barbell intensive workout.
NOTE: You must have at least 6-months prior CrossFit experience.
RESTORE is a 60-minute class to revive your body from previous work and fortify it for the future. Methods are drawn from Yoga and is interwoven active stretching with simultaneous strengthening necessary to create lasting change. Increased breath control and body awareness will let you press the reset button on your whole system.
NOTE: No prior experience is required for RESTORE classes.

This 60-minute class has the same feel as our traditional CrossFit class, but it is focused and geared around our TEEN demographics (12-17).
This 40-minute class, focused and geared around our YOUNG CHILDREN demographics (6-11), utilizes basic fundamentals of fitness while making it fun and exciting at the same time.
