10 Bar-Facing Burpees {BF Step-Over Burpees} [8 Burpees]

*Any method of G2OH can be used (Snatch / Clean & Jerk)

*Burpees can utilize step back/jump back and step up/jump up method, but a two foot take off and two foot landing must be used.
