80 DB Hang Snatches 50/35 {35/25} [25/15]

60 DB Box Step Overs 24″/20″ [20″/16″]

40 Ring Push-Ups {60 Push-Ups} [40 Push-Ups or Knee/Bench Assisted Push-Ups]
DB cannot touch the ground for the entire workout.

When doing the Row or Ring Push-Ups, one member will do the reps, one will hold the DB, and one will rest. Rotate as needed.

Try to pick one DB that the entire team can lift. If using 2 DB’s BOTH DB’s cannot touch the ground.
