If doing Sport, each round the Squat Cleans decrease by 10 reps and the weight increases. Round 1 is 30 reps @ 155/105, Round 2 is 20 reps @ 185/125, and Round 3 is 10 reps @ 225/155. Fitness and Active do not increase weight and stay at the 30 reps every round.
