Score is sum of all 3 weights, try to use 1 barbell

Ex:

Partner 1: 150lbs

Partner 2: 125lbs

Partner 3: 100lbs

Total: 375lbs

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Teams of 3

15 Minute AMRAP:

12/9 Cal Ski or Assault Bike (Alternate rounds of each machine)

8 Burpees over Bar

4 Power Cleans 155/105 {135/95}
Movements are completed waterfall style. Next team member can go once Ski or Assualt Bike has been cleared
