Partner B- Max Rep Bench Press 115/75 {95/65}

Partner A- 400m Run

Partner B- Max Cal BikeErg Standing (No sitting)
Partner B does as many reps as they can until Partner A comes back from the 400m Run. Partner B then does the 400m Run and Partner A does as many reps as they can. Partners then move on to the next movement and repeat for the 26 minutes.
