  • Sign up for our 2 FREE trial classes. These classes will consist of a 1-hour session, where you’ll be introduced and exposed to CrossFit through instruction, movements and workouts.”

  • Choose a time and class to attend. we typically have early mornings, midday or evening classes to meet anyone’s fitness needs. All of our classes offered at CFVVV are open to everyone, no matter their fitness level!

  • All we ask is that you bring an amazing attitude and an open mind…
  •  The classes offered at CFVVV are designed to meet the fitness level of any individual who possesses the desire to become a better version of themselves.
  •   Wear comfortable workout attire and shoes.
